About Homely Capers
Homely Capers is an independent guide to backyard, patio and small-garden gear. We write seasonal buying guides, from fire pits and string lights to raised beds, hoses and compost bins, and we say plainly what each product does well and where it falls short. We read the product listing and the maker's manual, quote specs with their conditions and point you to local rules and safety instructions where they matter. We do not test products. The site earns a commission when you buy through our Amazon links, at no extra cost to you; see our affiliate disclosure.
